Blues Rhapsody in the Tradgedy of E minor ..." that some cat from the“Who”??? (a mister Peter Townshend).. in the wonderlandic "PennyLanes" of Jolly Ole England, had
already consumated the ...quite
convincingly.... |

but not tooo... serious,
in the scheme...of deciding the
prodigal propensities...
of concrete awareness,
VS.
the translucent possibilities
of placing awareness on a "magic
carpet ride" ...
back toward's the threshold of a
Divine Creator's
compassionate vision
for all it's creatures....
and he ventured forth
towards the the ONE in the All....
towards ..IAM 's .. infinite
kaliedoscope
of ideas, colors, presences, and arabesques of love... )

It was at this time
at age 22
after reading the masterworks of
Meher Baba ...
"The Discourses", and
"God Speaks"
( Which the spiritual scholar, W. Evans-Wentz .... ie. (("The Tibetan Book of The Dead", with Carl Jung's famous introduction)), referred to as the most comprehensive (paraphrasing from memory ) elucidation of "consciousness" that he has ever read, from any time of history... past or present...)
... that D.S. Lionfire wrote, completed, and recorded his second rock opera
called,
"Christangelis .... a Spiritual Fantasy"

Upon ariving back from his pilgrimage in India,
he soon moved to New York City,
and met his second wife ...

It was this quietly emerging fire...
that gradually led him at the age of 20,
to the inner aquaintance...
of his Spiritual Torchbearer.....
and Master...
the Silent One ... ( again arrived)
the Ancient One (again forgotten)
"Avatar Meher Baba"
The crucible struggle
of finding Divine Love & Oneness...
beckoned at his doorstep again...
in new earnestness ...
and through the fiery inner presence of his new beloved "Friend"...

the world of physical reality, began melting down...and then,
burning down around him ...
as he sought a sea and sky of inner perception,
beyond the scathing blandness and shallow fragrance ...of illusive
Dancing Time...
and the shadow forms of it's
hypnotic intrigue...
And a Mortal / Divine romance blossumed
in ever greater ferocity
within him ...
with the sun-blazened and howling winds, ever calling ...
at his doorstep .......

This work focused on the soul's transcending of the
fabric and fulcrum's...of the mortal coils, and the emergence of a "jhourney"
through the mystical heavens of sublime perception ....
back to
the Blessed Creator's Feet.....
(using archetypal-fantasy characters, to portray the journey of the "Pilgrim" ... on the seven planes of inner existence .... ie.
Aliminder... Thornstone ...Dilini ....
Bullbird ... Whoheis ... and Nultron... and I AM .......)

After completing this writng in Boston
and desperately phoenixing
himself from a love affair with
"Catherine of Cambridge",
he embarked on a spiritual pilgimage
to the tomb of
Meher Baba
in India ... via an overland sojourn through Europe
and the Middle East,
visiting places of spiritual significance ...
& mystical, phantasmagorphic
Jubliation ...

IV It was also during this time, (Ralph Waldo), The Transcendental... The Great American Sage Poet...
“Oversoul”... God's Omnipresence... in and amidst us... ...forthwith... and familiar... unneeding of introduction... unproclamated by religious delineations...or doctrinations... too present... and Zen-like... & in front of our eyes... to dispute, with labyrinth metaphors of rational prosimilation & cherished hallucination... and at this point... he became aquainted with the... God ... he knew... and danced with each morning ...and each evening... and night... somewhere down... deep down, inside... and there quaked inside him, an incalcuable curiousity... which began the pacings... of the fragile, inner golden landscapes... of a spiritual awakening... and in his "Poetic Imagination" (Blake) there began a "Wondering" if....... an "apple" were simply... ...a "round, red fruit",
or if it was ...perhaps...? " A blazing sweetness of crimson roundness... honeyed and succulent in it's blushing hues..."

A few years later ... and mortal wounds,
cut deeper -*-*-*- than pleasantly anticipated,on the mortal stages,of kundalinic, karmonic,
undulations....
he wrote and completed his third rock opera, called ...
"The Thousand Stars of Mavu"
which portrays the Christ / Prophet / Messiah figure, in a sublime realm ... bequesting
The Father,
Allah, Yehweh, Brahma ...
to be allowed to descend into the mortal world,
to awaken and and lift and guide Mankind,
back to the eternal state of
True Being .......
The Father reluctantly allows the Son's decension... and the story depicts
the Son's rejection
by most of those He wished to lift from the cherished dreams
of seperateness... and otherness ...
but goes on to portray the gradual courage and willingness
of those who begin to see the hollowness... of the
trinket treasure's ...
that Man so diligently
devotes his passion's too ...
in the mayavic ...
Yin & Yang gardens ...
of Creation ...
and they are inspired through the dissolution ...
of their own lead and golden chains...
back into the
Presence and Oneness of God.

It was in 1981, in NYC, that he began writing
"Jerusalem A Symphonic Saga"...
which he continued writing in intermittant phases, for the next 20 years.
Also during this time, he became a Regisrtered Nurse,
an Art Therapist,
and designed and created the stonework, with the help of his two sons...
of a stone and cedar house near Kingston, New York
which was called "Meher Leela".
